End Caps are used in Pipe Lines to temporarily seal an open pipe end leaving a provision for its further extension when needed. Its socket is designed for a mechanical joint to accept spigot end of the pipe and has a dead end to stop the flow. The End Cap is supplied as a complete set with the Sealing Gasket, Compression Gland & required number of Nut Bolts. End Caps will necessarily require a thrust block to prevent its blowing off.
